Synopsis
Labrige goes in correctional. He was charged with indecent assault for having been at home in an improper dress that had scandalized 16,000 visitors to the 1900 Exposition. While recognizing the merits of his defense, the court condemned him to the penalty provided for by article 330 of the Code, which provides for and punishes the offence of public indecency.
